Customers are required to provide the following information, but not limited to:

- Full address and country of residence
- Valid phone number
- Valid email address

Use of Information

Virtual3 will only use your information for our own use and it will not be shared with third parties. Customers will also have the option to opt out from our newsletter in the customer portal. The only circumstance where your information may be shared would be with HMRC or other government agencies, which require evidence to show we are trading legally. If this is the case you would be notified immediately.

If any information in our Privacy Policy is changed or updated, all customers will be notified of such activity before it takes place.
